General Requirements

하나님을 사랑하고, 그리스도의 마음으로 이웃 섬김을 원하는 청년Those who love God and desire to serve their neighbors with the heart of Christ.
현재 다니고 있는 교회에서 최소 1년 동안 예배의 자리를 지키며 그리스도 안에 거하는 청년
Those who have been faithfully attending their current church for at least one year, while abiding in Christ
다음 세대를 향한 열정과 마음이 있는 청년
Those who have passion and a heart for the next generation.
다음 세대에게 신앙과 삶에서 본보기가 되는 청년
Those who are willing to serve as examples in faith and life to the next
generation.

A young person who faithfully participates in the preparation process for Youth KOSTA, and is committed to loving the team leaders and members

How to Apply

Step 1. Check the Teams – KT26 Teams

Review the team introductions below to learn about each team’s role and mission.

Step 2. Pray for KT26

“Prepare yourself prayerfully with KT26 and the teams.”
Spend time in prayer, asking for wisdom, unity, and God’s guidance as we prepare together for KT26.

Step 3. Apply for TK26 Staff

Send an email to applicable team email with your name, attending church, your vision to KT.

Step 4. Share the Vision

“Work together with your team leader to align with KT26’s vision and plan how to bring it to life.”

Step 5. Serve with Joy for KT26 (for everyone who participates)

“In every role and moment, serve others with the heart of Jesus.”

Operations/진행팀

Responsibilities (역할 및 책임)

Overall Schedule Management:
Operate and manage the schedule, guide worship, and prepare announcements.
Venue and Equipment Setup:
Arrange and manage the stage and chairs in the worship hall, install banners and prepare other setups.
Facility Supervision:
Manage and oversee retreat sites, accommodations, and other facilities, and address facility-related issues.
Safety Management:
Ensure participant safety, coordinate transportation, and assist with registration and install directional signs.

Qualifications (자격 요건)

Humble Heart to Serve: Someone who finds joy in serving behind the scene.
Attitude of a Worshiper: Someone who sees every act of service as an extension of worship and offers it to God.
Strength and Endurance: Someone who can manage long days—from early morning to late night—standing for extended periods, carrying equipment, and moving constantly. Must have the physical stamina and perseverance to stay faithful to their role even when tired.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Someone who remains calm and steady when facing sudden schedule changes or unexpected situations.
Ability to Maintain Order and Safety: Someone who takes responsibility to maintain order in student movement, line management, and entry control.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Someone who encourages and supports others, and works actively with other teams.
Clear Communication: Someone who can deliver instructions concisely and clearly over radio or announcements, and promptly report situations as they arise.

Administration/행정팀

Responsibilities (역할 및 책임)

Data Management: Design and maintain a small-scale database using Microsoft Lists and Power Automate for efficient information tracking.
Registration: Oversee participant registration, including payment collection, confirmation, and on-site check-in and out.
Operational Integrity: Manage financial and data-related processes with honesty, accuracy, and transparency.
Accounting: Support financial reconciliation, budget tracking, and reporting in collaboration with KOSTA Toronto HQ.

Qualifications (자격 요건)

Commitment: Able to dedicate 2–3 hours per week from Oct – Dec.
Participation: Attendance at KOSTA Toronto 2026 is mandatory.
Communication: Capable of handling inquiries in both Korean and English (via email and chat)

Hospitality/의전팀

KOSTA Toronto 2026 일정 동안 강사진 및 내빈의 이동과 의전을 담당할 섬김이를 모십니다.

모집 요강
• 모집 분야: 의전팀
• 모집 인원: 1명
• 사역 기간: 11월 18일(수) ~ 11월 21일(토) [전 일정 참석 가능자]

지원 자격
• G Class 이상 운전면허 소지자
• 개인 차량 소지자
• 운전 경력 1년 이상 (실체 운전 숙련자)

주요 업무
• 강사진 및 내빈 차량 운행 지원
• 강사님 숙소관리 및 의전실 관리
• 현장 의전 및 이동 동선 지원

Spiritual Care/영적 케어팀

Responsibilities
-Registration Support: Encourage the young adult to register for Spiritual Care and assist with the registration process
-Schedule Management: Adhere to the Spiritual Care schedule, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off
-Relationship Building: Foster positive and supportive relationships with the counsellors and the young adult

Qualifications
-Confidentiality: Individuals who maintain appropriate boundaries with the young adults, offer comfort and safety, and uphold strict confidentiality regarding all counselling information and conversations
-Leadership: Individuals who are interested in leadership and in building meaningful connections and conversing with the young adults
-Teamwork: Individuals who thrive in collaborative team environments and show genuine interest and care for other team members, counsellors, and the young adults.

Prayer/중보 기팀

KOSTA 토론토의 모든 일정 가운데 기도로 함께 섬겨주실 중보기도 팀원을 모십니다.

• KOSTA를 위해 마음을 다해 기도로 섬기기 원하시는 분
• 일상에서 KOSTA를 위해 지속적으로 기도하며, 팀원들과 함께 마음을 모아 중보기도로 섬기기 원하시는 분

Job Description
• KOSTA 집회와 모든 프로그램을 위한 중보기도
• 강사진 및 스태프, 참석자들을 위한 중보기도
• 예배와 말씀, 찬양 가운데 성령의 인도하심을 위한 기도
• 집회 전/후 및 현장에서 필요한 기도제목을 함께 나누며 기도
